As an Organizer you will work with the team to sort, declutter and organize clients’ homes or businesses. You will be working in Western New York on various projects – from kitchens and bathrooms to basements and garages. Our team members must be detail-oriented, natural problem solvers and team players. Each member must be able to learn quickly, be flexible with job requirements and hours, and love helping others get organized.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working with our team to help clients declutter, organize, pack and unpack
- Interacting with clients in a professional, empathetic and compassionate manner
- Implementing organizing solutions, which may occasionally include assembling small furniture items, such as storage boxes or shelving units
- Occasionally transporting supplies, donations, shredding, trash, or recycling to offsite locations

Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs, use stairs, use a step ladder, kneel, crouch and be on your feet for five hours
- Must be able to work in locations with pets, dust and smoke
- Must have a cell phone for scheduling and client communication
- Must pass a background check
Schedule and Compensation:
- Part-Time / On-Call
- 5-15 hours per week, as-needed basis
- Must have availability at least 2 days/week: Monday - Friday 8:30am-2:00pm
- Hours are not guaranteed
- Starts at $20/hour
